The natural casing

You can find natural casings all over the world. It is one of the oldest packaging for food. The different cultures of our world have become their own eating habits because of religion, differently climatics and differently soil conditions. Because of that we have many sheepcasings in one region and in another more hogcasings.

On the other hand many countries have too less casings for their productions of sausages. For example Germany with over 1.500 kinds of sausages.

Anyhow the natural casing is the most important thing to make a sausage in best quality. It is tradition.

So old but every time young and modern.
